Homewatch...

Our Homewatch program helps to provide peace of mind for homeowners who are not residents year round. Our Homewatch professionals check vacant homes while the owners are away. Services can be contracted bi-monthly and written reports detailing condition status are provided. The Homewatch service is $45.00 per month. Our inspection checklist includes:

• Was there any visible evidence of ants, insects, bugs, etc?
• Was the water turned off?
• Was the humidistat on?
• Humidity test.
• Were circuit breakers off?
• Are surge protectors on?
• Are all appliances unplugged?
• Are all doors & windows locked and secure?
• Is there any evidence of mildew/mold?
• Does the property smell?
• Does the property look clean?
• Have all toilets been flushed to protect the seals from dry rot?
• Is there any evidence of major storm damage?
• Has the disposal been run to prevent freeze up?
• Have all taps been run to prevent drying out?
• Is there any visible evidence of leaks?
• Professional cleaning recommended?
