A lot of builders are giving less living area for the money today but not Adam's Homes. If you want "more Bang for your Buck" this is my builder of choice. There are a variety of floorplans to choose from 1410-3000 sq. ft. under air conditioning. The largest floorplan will require additional monies for a required triple lot to accommodate such a large home. The prices of these homes start in the low $170's including the lot or lot allowance!

If you want to view an Adams Homes sales center you will have a choice of four locations: 4028 Chiquita Blvd., Cape Coral, 8 Chiquita Blvd. S., Cape Coral, 5006 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres, or Townlakes (a Lehigh Acres gated community) located at 8210 Liriope Loop (off Williams Ave).
